Activity Report
2023/06/26
Since around the year 2000, there has been a growing concern that young people are leaving the field of science and engineering, and as a result, the next generation of researchers and engineers are not being nurtured. This could lead to the loss of Japan’s engineering and scientific foundation that has been developed over the years.
Thus, it was decided to hold a science class for elementary and junior high school students. A trial to commercialize the program was carried out, and the first Amano Science Class was held.
This program focuses not only on directly exposing young people to the excitement of engineering and chemistry through engineering and scientific experiments and experiences, but also on integrating experimentation (experience) with theory (principle).
